    This is perfectly safe. It is the paypal equivalent of giving someone your bank details so they can lodge money directly into your account. This just identifies the account that payments from this shop are lodged into.

    • Create a new Product List

      Identify your Google Account

      Rocketshops use a google account to allow you to manage the content of your shop. If you have an existing gmail account or google apps account you can use that. Otherwise you can CREATE A GOOGLE ACCOUNT for free and you'll be able to use it straight away.

      The new rocketshop will be pre-loaded with a set of sample products. You can just edit these and replace them with your own product details.

      Editing your product list

      When you click the 'get the code' button at the end of this setup an email will be sent to you (at the email address provided here). The email will contain a link to the product list for your new shop.

      Bookmark this link in your favourite browser. That way you will be able to click on the bookmark any time you want to manage the contents of your shop.

      Identify your existing Google Product List

      Make sure the document is formatted correctly and is 'published to the web ...'. This should be all ok if you are using a product list that was created for a previous version of your rocketshop.

      Email Notification Options

      If you wish the shop owner and buyer to receive notification emails of the purchase you must enable IPN in your PAYPAL Account.

      If you wish to change the name and email address of the shop owner that I should send notifications to - do that below.

      The same notification email that you receive is copied to the buyer. So if you get it they got it - they may need to check their junk mail.

      Providing a google public folder address below allows you to manage your images by uploading them to the google folder identified below. Once you've done this you can identify the images in your product list using just the image filename (ie. You don't have to provide long urls to identify the images that you want to use for your products).

      You can make it even easier to upload your image files by installing the google drive app to sync your files in your desktop up to your google drive automatically.

      We recommend using google drive to store your shop images. Doing this your stock list and images would all be managed from the same google drive account.

      You may however use any service that provides public urls to your files such as dropbox, sugarsync, unbuntu one etc, Just be aware that there may be bandwidth limitations associated with these services.

      If these are not provded paypal will be configured to automatically return to the address of your rocketshop. Only use these if you want paypal to be redirected somwhere else after returning from completing the transaction.

    Just click the link in the email and Click on the favourites icon usually found in the url of the browser.
