Yes, it's quite simple just create a new rocketshop with the same settings but select the option to use an existing product list. By providing the google document address for the existing product list you won't have to re-enter all your product details. Re-embed the new shop on your site and you are done.
No your rocketshop will never expire.
If you have a subscription shop and your subscription expires your shop will revert to the free shop, but will still be available. To take advantage of the advantages of a subscription shop just pay your annual subscription and your shop will be switched back from the free version.

Yes your shop can be set up to use any currency currency support in paypal. These include: Australian Dollar (A $), Canadian Dollar (C $), Euro (€), British Pound (£), Japanese Yen (¥), U.S. Dollar ($), New Zealand Dollar ($), Swiss Franc, Hong Kong Dollar ($), Singapore Dollar ($), Swedish Krona, Danish Krone, Polish Zloty, Norwegian Krone, Hungarian Forint, Czech Koruna, Israeli New Shekel, Mexican Peso, Brazilian Real (only for Brazilian members), Malaysian Ringgit (only for Malaysian members), Philippine Peso, New Taiwan Dollar, Thai Baht, Turkish Lira (only for Turkish members)
Yes, it's quite simple. The TAX rates are changable directly from your Product List. Just change the values in the list. If you want ex VAT prices rather the inc VAT prices you can do that as well by setting the tax option in 'Paypal Options' to false.
